The photo is fuzzy, but the room was sharp.

The dining hall was very close to our cabin so we let the breakfast bell be our morning alarm.
This was a typical really excellent meal!
This is the inside of the dining hall. There were also seats on the porch overlooking the lake that were popular... most days.
The kitchen staff was excellent, so I took a shot of (some of) them in their domain. I've always like the pot clusters hovering over these busy kitchens.
One day it was cool enough to justify a fire in the dining hall.
It had been a very damp summer so mushrooms abounded. One camper was a mushroom expert and brought mushrooms to share at dinner, including a "beef steak" that was so real that I would've beat my paycheck that it was, indeed, beef. Good thing I don't have a paycheck anymore :) But I liked this little heart shaped one...

This was on the path from the dining hall to the dance floor. I never saw anyone sitting on these benches, but they sure look sweet.
This is the main dance floor, called C Sharp Major (after a person named Sharp who was instrumental in Pinewoods' history). A smaller floor is, of course, called C Sharp Minor.
This photo captures for me the peaceful feeling of Pinewoods. It's on the path from C Sharp Major back up to the Camp House, where late night parties happened. It's also where the dock heads out into Long Pond.

This is the simpliest of he marble works that appeared in most bathrooms. (The others were too large for me to try to photograph in the small space!)
They were sort of like the MarbleWorks from Discovery Toys, with sound added, and made from nice wood.
On days I couldn't swim, I took a shower. This was the nearest one to my cabin and was quite nice.
